Prior to joining LinkedIn's Talent Solutions division as an Enterprise Relationship Manager, Glenn helped drive talent acquisition, growth and retention efforts for NFI Industries, a $1B+ privately-held third party logistics company that employs over 7,200 individuals (exempt & non-exempt) throughout North America.   Previously, Glenn spent time working for several large, national retained and contingent executive search firms in Philadelphia, Chicago and New York. Notably, Glenn worked for the TWC Group (now TAPFIN Process Solutions (NYSE:MAN), serving as a member of both their Recruitment Process Outsourcing Services (RPO) and Executive Search teams. Projects included full-life cycle, human resources consulting and retained executive search assignments for major corporations and private equity portfolio companies.   Glenn'€™s pre-search experience was with Bo Tree Entertainment (a self-owned and operated music/artist management company). He worked on early career development and management for Grammy-award winning artist John Legend and jazz bassist Gerald Veasley.   He began his career in the music industry serving as Director of Communications and Publicity for the multi-platinum record label Ruffhouse/Columbia Records/Sony Music Entertainment, whose roster included Grammy® winning acts Lauryn Hill, The Fugees and Cypress Hill. Glenn was educated at Temple University School of Communications and served as a Trustee to Philadelphia's The University of the Arts.   Additionally, Glenn taught as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University'€™s School of Media Arts & Design and at The University of the Arts.
